Good selection of savoury items and home baked pastries for breakfast. Comfortable room and beautiful presentation. Enjoyed a picnic dinner on the terrace with a bottle of wine, overlooking the valley. Convenient location, less than a 5-minute drive to the old town. Helpful, friendly housekeepers even helped with car troubles.

We stayed at this lovely hotel in the charming town of Orvieto for an overnight visit. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff, especially Valentina, were extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable, with a spacious bathroom and a cozy bedroom. The highlight of our stay was the beautiful garden and pool area, providing a tranquil spot to relax. Breakfast was delicious, with a good selection of continental options and the ability to order custom coffee drinks. The on-site parking and gated property added convenience and security to our stay.
Strongly recommend this hotel.

The best aspects of my stay were the beautiful swimming pool and the surrounding lounge area. It was the perfect spot to relax and escape the heat. Additionally, the location of the hotel was great, just a short drive away from the main town. This made it convenient for exploring the area. One more advantage that I enjoyed was the breakfast served in the outdoor garden. It was a lovely setting and a nice way to start the day.
The worst aspect of my stay was the lack of transportation options. Without a car, it was difficult to get around the area.

I had a wonderful stay at a charming B&B just below a beautiful Italian hill town. The hotel was surrounded by lush greenery, providing a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. The owner was pleasant and gave great recommendations for nearby restaurants. The room I stayed in was comfortable and spacious, with a large bathroom. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast with a variety of options, including eggs. The grounds had a lovely pool and plenty of places to relax and enjoy the surroundings. I would highly recommend this B&B for a peaceful and comfortable stay.

The surrounding gardens and pool at this B&B were lovely. It was a joy to relax by the pool and enjoy the beautiful surroundings during warmer days. The gated hotel and on-site parking provided added convenience and security. The check-in process was smooth and our host, Valentina, was waiting for us upon arrival. Our room was comfortable and had a spacious bathroom with a good shower. Although tea and coffee were not available until breakfast time, the basic continental breakfast offered a variety of options and the coffee orders were taken individually. The location of the B&B was also great, just a short drive up the hill to the charming town of Orvieto.
The beds were okay but not great, and initially, we were provided with two very flat pillows. after requesting more, the replacement pillows were better.

Located close to the town, the house has a charming and nice ambiance. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the parking is conveniently provided. The beautiful garden with olive trees and plants allows you to enjoy the countryside.
It would have been better if tea and coffee were available before breakfast time. Additionally, the location is a bit far from the train station and requires a long walk or a taxi ride to reach.

Hotel breakfast could have been improved with a wider variety of hot food options.

I recently stayed at Agriturismo Podere Pescara for a few days while exploring the area. The location of the property was fantastic, just a short drive away from the old town. The owners of the farmhouse were incredibly kind and helpful, even going the extra mile to assist me with my car troubles. The coffee served at the hotel was top-notch, a great way to start the day. The farmhouse itself was beautifully renovated and the apartment I stayed in was comfortable and well-equipped. The highlight was definitely the patio, a wonderful spot to relax. I had a delightful experience at this charming hotel.

We had an amazing stay at Agriturismo Podere Pescara! the historic building, dating back to the 13th century, was enchanting with its beamed ceilings and old-fashioned furniture. the room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably polished. the owners and staff were incredibly nice and helpful, allowing us to use the kitchen and dining room for our own meals. the concierge was exceptional, providing recommendations for parking areas, local restaurants, and historic sites to visit. the property was gated and surrounded by a beautiful garden, and we appreciated the use of the covered deck and family fridge. it was a truly authentic Italian experience and we didn't want to leave.
